Pin code for automatic access and late check in

First time you’ll arrive to the hotel you’ll find signs in each entrance door (there are 3 entrance doors leading to different rooms). Please check your room number and enter with the pin code sent.

You’ll find the electronic key already inside his slot in the room and you’ll use it for further access. This is a free service. Please note that it is your responsibility to check your email if you mean to do a late check in. If you’ll not be able to access your room because you lost your pin code or you didn’t check your email and you didn’t ask for a new one during reception opening times we’ll be authorized to apply the no show policy and we’ll charge you the first night of your stay.

Within 5-7 days before your check in we will send you pin codes for your room if you mean to make a late check in outside reception time (8AM – 6 PM mo-fri). If you mean to make a late check in it is your responsibility to ask for [email protected] your check in time to receive pin codes for automatic access. You must be sure that you can check your email account before your arrival or a mobile phone number provided We can’t be sure to answer a phone call in the middle of the nights. Urben is not responsible if you fail to obtain codes that we regularly sent you by email.

Preassignation of rooms is a free service we provide to let customers have late check in and Reception reserves the right to change the assigned rooms (respecting the fare payed as Suite or Comfort room) until the check in time. Customers who refuses the assigned room at check in without any reason will be applied no show policy an will be charged of the first night.
